Over Charging by retaile

Dear Marketing Team of Coca Cola,

I want to bring something in your notice which is basically overcharging by the retailer.

Just 3 days back i.e., on 30th of july i purchased a mobile coke where MRP was quoted Rs.25 but the retailer charged me Rs.30 on my saying he had seen the MRP and returned me Rs.1 back. When I asked him why he had kept Rs.29 his reply was very simple that now the new bottle comes of Rs.29.

I am very loyal to coke and have no problem paying extra Rs.5 if you increase the MRP but without increasing the MRP, paying extra money tor retailer is unacceptable.

I think this effects my perception towards the brand and I think this is the same feedback of many customer who may not have complained.

I suggest you have mystry shopping there in the market to find out the authenticity of my words.
