More amount was demanded by auto no AP11X 7066

As digital meters in Autos cost less than than the usual amount, auto drivers have found a new way to earn as much they used to do with non digital ones by not switching on the meters at all and demanding money arbitrarily from the commuters. Poor commuters because of hurry to reach their destinations have to pay the demanded amount. Today on May 05 . I hired an auto to reach my office which is approx 6 Km from the place of hiring. He (the driver) didnt agree to start meter rather demanded more amount than normal. I did some bargaining and sat inside. After reaching half the way, I saw my collegue waiting desperately for autos so I summoned her and made her sit inside with me. Auto driver after reaching our office took more money than agreed just because I made an another person to come along with me. The Auto no. is AP11X 7066. When I warned him of his complaint, he hardly bothered and said no body can do anything about this...
