Food plus card

I have lost my Food plus card and i had even blocked it . now i am requesting for the new food plus card but there is no proper response from the bank dealers.

The other thing is that if i call for HDFC care center they not not even aware of food plus card if i ask about it they are saying about the HDFC credit card.

My RS:- 2000 is been blocked in that lost HDFC Card can you provide the solution for this problem.
