Odband not functioning from last 1 month

My No. is 0129407598o. I am using airtel modem (beetle 220BXI). My brodband is nt working from last 1 month. Everytime i switch on my modem, the data light drops within 1-2 mins. and the link light starts blinking. I have made many complaints in last 1 month. Even my complaints were solved, but it goes wrong within few minutes after repair. For what should i pay the bill if i even can't use the service properly.some of my complaint no's are 45242662, 45314218, 45559016, 45772472, 46092298. please provide a suitable solution for my problem.
