Non Payment of Principal Investiment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have invested 4lacs in the commodity market through "Bhavishay Advisory & Comtrade (India) Pvt. Ltd." in the year 2007 and they agreed to pay the interest Quartely. I got the interest 5 times till date and now when I need of money I requested Director (Mr. D.Prasad) to withdraw the money he asked for 2months time. I requested him on Feb and when today i went to their registered office it is vacant and they closed the office. Only message in the board was we have closed the office. I had been in touch with Mr. Prasad till 7 April.

Please advise me where to log a complaint andd how to proceed. I have the account number with me and the investment receipt.
