Emove the name from cibil report

I had taken a commercial vehicle loan on the above mentioned date by the contract no mentioned above.

In this regard I informed that i have cleared the entire loan amount and have received the NOC dt 29.10.2010 (vehicle no UP25T 7954).

The delayed installments were delayed because the said vehicle had met with an accident and the insurance claim amount was to be adjusted by tata motors finance ltd.but due to their negligence they could not recover the same hence I deposited the balance amount in cash.

Therefore the delay was not due to me. Therefore I request your good self to please clear my name from your report as my recording with the cibil is creating problems in my credibility.
