Did not receive commission

I'm an financier in vaniyambadi (635751), i insure all the vehicles in ur company but i did not receive commission for the past 1 year wenever i ask office staff says to come next week and wen i go they say manager s on leave come tomrow and give silly reasons... This s the service u provide to people? i insure 40 to 50 vehicles per month. In other insurance company they give in first week itself. I'm financing for past 18 year but i did not c the worst performance of good company... And recently branch manager s transfered. Requesting to give financial commission as soon as possible.. Thank you
