Subject: Fw: Trade loss from varanasi office (INDIAINFO LINE) Complaint of Renu Singh against India Infoline Commodities Ltd

Dear sir`s

I am a customer of your esteemed company INDIA INFOLINE LTD. In the name of RENU SINGH CLIENT ID (RENUSI74) for the last few years. It was quite a satisfying experience. But for the last few month I have lots of complain about bad experience in the commodity sector. I had asked the concern person Mr. Alok Yadav by buy 1 lot silvermini in my a/c on dt 20-04 he told me he had bought a silvermini @ 66195/- . Now when the next day 21-04 i asked Mr. ALOK YADAV to sell my silvermini at 67500/- . He told me that i had already sold my silvermini. That time I was shocked that i had not done any thing from my a/c and than after lots of debate. He confessed that he had not bought the silvermini and he was just lying to me.

Then he said he had bought the silvermini in some other a/c and he had sold it while I was asking him to sell it at 67500/-.

After that I had talk to BRANCH MANAGER Mr. SAURABH AGARWAL and he assured me he will settle things by Saturday and to my astonishment he went on the leave for 20 day`s and left for kanpur and not taking my phone also.

So i am confused please guide me what should I do now and who will bear the difference 6000 /- which I m losing. Mr. SURABH AGARWAL is not responding in a proper way so I am bound to sift my all three a/c (2equty/1 commodity) and Client ID (RENUSI74/ANANDSO1).
