COMMON WEALTH GAMES TICKET BOOKING
MONEY DEDUCTED BY FRAUD FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NOT REFUNDING BACK

Dear Sir

I booked a common wealth game ticket on 20th of Sept. I made a transaction at 3:11 AM from PNB bank of Rs. 201 whose transaction number was 49201 (at the common wealth games ticket booking). Transaction was failed and so i was told that money would be refunded back to my account for the failed transaction in 4-5 working days.

It has already been 12 working days so far but then too the money has not been refunded back to me. So i complained the ticketing helpline and inquired about my transaction. But their reply is that they hadn't received the money and so the money would not be refunded back.

I was shocked listening this answer from them, so I mailed my cyber receipt of the failed transaction of bank. But then too they say the same.

Kindly help me in this regard. Because it's just a clear fraud in which i am the loser. Kindly make them to refund my money back.
