Non cooprative attitude of the staff

Dear sir/ Madam,

Mr Sanjay from Competent Aotomobiles Co Ltd Shivagi marg collected cheque no 066965 Dt 15/07 for Rs 5337/- for Insurance of my

Maruti Zen Car no DL2CAA 8209 on 18/05. In the mean time I sold my car on 17/06. Since then I have asked him over his phone no 9582797807 several times but he has not returned the same said cheque for reasons best known to Mr Sanjay. I visited the office

of M/s Competent Automobiles Ltd and asked the incharge of Insurance there to help me in the matter . but the same reply that the cheque will

be returned after three days. Now after a week 's wait I talked to Mr Sanjay today but the reply was again the same that I shall get the cheque after

3 days.

Kindly do the needful to get my cheque returned
