Wrong House Tax

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of 42-C Kalpana Apartment, Sector 5, Vaishali. I have been alloted this property by Ghaziabad development authority on 8th Jan vide letter no. 1291/787/21D-D/1200/Building/Dec. dated 8th Jan.

And I have got the possession on 25th Feb and I taken the electricity connection in the month of Mar. Recently I have received a bill for house tax and water tax with arriers of last few years for Rs.6, 240/-. And as per calculation my due is for Rs.576/- only i.e. for 2011 only.

kindly help me how to get it corrected and whom to contact.
