Complaint for datapack and customer care

Hello sir,

i have subscribe to your datapack plan since long.

bt i wanted to deactivate it..so i sent request for deactivation.but still it has been renewed.

i talk with customer care Mr.pravin..bt he was totaly rude.n the worse part is he told me do watever u can..u can go for court.he has no concern with vodafone reputation..

i want refund for datapack any ways which i have not used even.
