What do you do after getting complaints. No reply no comments nothing

Can you explain what you people do a complain has been registered. I have given a complaint on feb. But i didnot get any reply or message from you. Are you even looking after the complaints or is this another way of earning money to you. Can you explain? If you dont, its clear obviously.
