Extra Coupan / charges for telephone booking

My consumer no. is PT-6745, with Indane Distributor: M/s Pushpanjali Gas Service, Power House Road, Muzaffarpur, is taking charges for home delivery, but not delivering at home. On the contrary, whenever I contact for delivery, I have been advised to keep my cylinder & card at a place nearer to the distributor. It has become much painful to be consumer, but having no alternative. Moreover every time I have to pay Rs.330/- to the delivery man. Not only this, the telephone booking coupan has to be obtained from the distributor against payment of Rs.20/-, and counterfoil of that too has to be returned to the distributor, at compulsion. Mandatory charge is being recovered compulsorily without mandatory service. When complained I am being threatened that my telephone bookings will not be taken, I will have to que up to book gas. Pl. look into this matter. Regards.
