Co-op Housing Society
Not making a membe

I have purchased a resale flat where society formation process is going on. When I purchase the flat I was required the N.O.C. for mortgaging the flat which the previous owner obtained from builder by paying necessary charges.

After our deal has got complete after some days the co op housing society has got registered. Now when I have applied for a membership the society is askig RS 10000/- from me and RS 5000/- from previous owner. I am ready to pay the membership entry fees.

As I am not demanding any type of N.O.C. why should we pay the society?

Pl. advice me what is exact rule and how much amount should I pay.
