Denied my policy

Sir

I am Mohanbabu. I am a reliance corporate mediclaim policy holder and i am admitted in Gem hospital for surgery. The Hospital sent you the details for claim but you denied the claim by telling that the treatment is under for nine months. I am undergoing the treatment for this complaint for the past one month only. I am coming from a middle class family and i am not in a situation to pay for the surgery. I am only depending on the claim. Please kindly consider my situation again and help me, so that i will be thankful for you ever.
