Settelment of Claim

N 14th of August I made purchasing worth Rs.4995.00 at Big Bazar, Sahara Ganj, Lucknow. My debit Card of bank of India, and Corporation was swapped but the response from your end was that transaction didn’t initiated and now I have to make payment with other card or by Cash. So I made the payment by cash and returned back.

After going through my statement of both the bank I found that on 14th of August the same amount has been debited form my account from where the card was linked.

On 1st of December I made a complaint giving full particulars of the transaction in the bank and reminder in the month of january but till date I haven’t received any communication from the bank neither my account has been credited.

It is matter of Rs.4995.00
