Courier from Canara Bank, Bangalore
Non delivery of courie

I have been sent a courier containing my Pin No of my internet account by Canara bank, Bangalore last week and the boy who brought the cover (on 26th Feb) refused to deliver the cover saying the named person is not there and will come back with the cover on the next day, He also asked to get tha letter and ID to prove the addressee. I waited the complete day to collect the courier on saterday 27th Feb, But no one came to deliver the said cover. after troubled attempt to fond out the courier company, I found that franchiese at Tambaram east, I found Tick Tack is the company who should deliver and when I went to them toady, he deliver lethargic even to give reply and told that the courier has been sent back to Bangalore. Is it the way you want to give service to your costomers at Tambaram, Can you get the cover back from Canara Bank and deliver to me at the earlist.
