Fix deposit

We have two FD of Rs. 10, 000 on the name of Amit mehta join Bipinchandra Mehta and Smt Shakuntalaben Mehta join Bipinchaandra Mehta

After reading about SEBI's instruction online regarding disbursement of original value of Fix deposit we have submitted our original cirtificates to Disbursement committee, New Delhi, Punchkuin before 45 days along with neft details to get basic money, but till date we have not heard any thing from their side.

How can we get our money back even after 10 years?
