Non recipt of offered gifts

Dear Sir,

I am having SBI Credit Card No. 4006661500361477 since lasr more than 10 years. In the last month I received calls from head office of SBI Card (Atleast they had told that and the calles were received from Delhi) informing me that since I have completed 10 years of Credit Card SBI Card is offering three gifts. First I will get a Polo watch costing around Rs. -, Second I will be provided free stay for 4 persons at 36 destination in and outside India for 3 days in 4/5 star hotels and the third I will be provided free air tickets for selected destinations in India. It was also informed that I will have to pay a sum of Rs.6000/- toward all this. I agreed for this and then it was informed that other persons wioll also contact me for getting confirmation anmd details. They called and I confirnmed that I will pay the amount.

Accordingly a sum of Rs. 6067 was debited from my account in the stastement for nov. 2009.

But in the last one month I have not received any correspondance as promised and also there is no call from them to inform me the position. You are requested to let me know the position.
