I am writing this complaint in regard to the Loan application that I submitted online and I got a call from Mr. Tushar, informing me about the application form that I had to fill and he gave a number of the representative available in my city, who is Mr. AVINASH.
I am very disappointed with the services of your representative. He (Mr. AVINASH) came to our home and he guided us how to fill the application form. He inquired about our property mortgage details and other income candidate from our family. I am applying for 6-6.5 lakhs loan for my "Diploma in Business", in New Zealand. I and my husband, informed him that we do not have collateral security to provide you, however, my husband's salary proofs will be sufficient for this amount of loan. Mr. AVINASH told us to fill the form and then call him, so that he can check how much loan I can get on the basis of my husband's income.
We collected all the documents required for the loan and when we called Mr. Avinash, he started disconnecting our calls and then switched off his cell. That was really frustrating for us. We are the customers and we are not asking for a favor from your company. He is acting as if we are taking loan from his personal account. Even the person (Mr. TUSHAR) who called me up initially from Credila, has auto-rejected the calls that we do.
I found your company good and that's why opted for the loan from this company. I also recommended your company's name to my friends. But I think, that was my big mistake.
Customer service is very bad, as depicted by your representative in Chandigarh, Mr. Avinash.
If our documents or funding is not proper, atleast he should inform us and can't he see so many missed calls from our number. I think he don't see the number on his mobile. He can't be so busy. Comm'on, your company can't treat a customer like this, who can be a source of numerous further customer. I work in an immigration consultancy, and if these persons had given me a good response, I would have suggested this company to hundreds of students who come to me daily.
But sorry to say, THE CREDILA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY MR. AVINASH WAS VERY BAD. IN MY LIFE, I AM GETTING THE WORST SERVICE.
I would like to convey my feedback to senior authorities in your company. So, I need the email ID of the concerned person. Or else I would surely write an article in newspaper regrading the company's response.
