Wrong billing / overdue

I have utilised the card for Rs.50000 on 22.5.11 and the amount paid by NEFT

on 13 06.2011 i.e.on due date. There was phone from your offiice to extend the

instalments and pay by monthly EMI. But when I have fund available in my

account why I should pay interest.

In your statement 000308 CC B12 it is shown Rs.1975-16 as outstanding which

is wrong. Please verify the record and there is nothing outstanding.

If not corrected I will be compelled to CANCEL my credit card
