CREDIT CARD PAYMENT DUE ON 1ST APRIL, 201O

Dear Sir, Regarding the payment of Rs 1788..66 due on 1st April, I would like to bring to your notice that the undersigned has never used the said card for the past 5 months. But today I have received a bill for the said amount. Please let me clarify the details of the same. So that I can make payment.

According to me there is a credit balance in my account with Rs 465.02.

The card has been issued to me @ free of cost so far. Since it was issued I have accepted the same. The renewal charges levied last time is also reversed as the card is issued free of cost as I do not want to have a card by making payment for renewal. Since there is no purchase on my card I do not want to make payment. If it is renewal fee Please cancel my card as I do not want the card as the limit is reduced according to your choice.
