I had settled the full outstanding on the above card on 22.1.10 with the intention of closing the card. The amount was confirmed from the telebanking officer before.payment Now I have receieved a demand for Rs 294.46 as outstandign due on account of interest. I object to the wrong information conveyed and request the withdrawal of this demand. I also request the closure of this card forthwith.
