Hi,

Iam Vidhu. My father have taken loan and cc before one month and now he is heart patient and seetled in native place. When i talk to the call center people for settling the accounts they dont have any idea. Every month field executives comes makes promises that he will settle the accoubts next month but he absconds after that. Call center people dircted us to kanchipuram branch then wht again the same response tht we dont deal with loans and cc u hv to contact call center.frm past six months iam just paying the int without any idea tht account will be settled or not. Please dont go for this bank at all. Bank executuves. They dont have any clue abt the bank.it is waste to talk to call center.
