Disputed credit card bill

Hello Sir,

I am Jayarama Raju had an HSBC Credit Card “4384 5999 9751 3709 “. I have not used this card for any purchases. Initially it is mentioned that it is free card. Later Yearly fee got added for this card. Then every month the amount is added to it. Now it is showing up the total balance amount of nearly 50, 000/- . This is unutilized amount. Please help to the clearance from this amount.
