Documents collected but response

I got a call from HDFC guys for credit card & i said ok & they collected my all document on 8th April then after 15 day i called them they said they do not know the status bcoz the person who collected my document is hospitalized & nobody is working on it. The person who sent his guy name is Mr Kaleel n No 9164847128, kinldy take an action, he also said that he will come back last week but no reply n today i called me, his phone is not working.
