Harassment to issue and send credit card without consent

Dear sir,

As on date I have not recived any line from your what should I understand? This is an second reminder cencelled the given credit card acccount and confirmed the same ungently, or further I will take action.

Dear sir,

Very surprisingly received a new credit card from your end without my consent or request and my absense it has been recived by my family member even i did'nt know. Now on 16th of Nov'2010 i got a statment that I have to make a payment for Rs.548.54 for not using the credit card vide the credit card no 4339484582859666 under name of sumeet chatterjee r/o 43, gulab vihar aptt. sector -9 Rohini, Delhi-110085.

It is my suggestion that do not try to be very smart and stop doing hassels to my happiness otherwise I will lodge the matterto the RBI cell.

In future without any body's consent don't send the credit card.

Hence, cancell the credit card and squre up the debit amount atonce.
