No reponse from CIBIL in sending my credit report

I'm really frustrated with requesting for my own credit card report to sort out things with the bank. I need some credit card details which I will get once I sent the control ID to CIBIL as per explained by the Bank where I applied for the loan. This is 3rd day I’m waiting for reply from CIBIL and very frustrating thing is when I called their office nobody is responding me. I'm spending my time and money be calling them. They put a sentence on their site "CIBIL is always at your service to assist you." and it seems not working as per. I need the credit details so that I can speak to the respective banks.
