Hello I use AXIS BANK credit card 4718610002609288 Gold card and am using this from couple of years. Earlier i had silver card but later they upgraded to gold card when i asked them to cancel my card. Way back in septemberi had a complaint registered with axis bank regarding the interest charge which was incorrect and since then they are just charging my card but when am escalating it to customer service agents, they dont resolve the issue and they dont respond correctly infact provide wrong information to the customer (thats me). Since then i stopped the payments towards axis bank, waiting for a reply from them but nobody will respond. I wrote an email to grievance cell and they also dont respond, if they respond they say pay the amount thats it. But nobody will gimme clarity on it. I started getting calls from collection agents and they started visiting my house with an indecent behaviour. Every body comes and say we will give u settlement option but i dont want settlement. When i explained the problem they say we will come back to u with solution and thats it. I would never see that person's face again. This is been happening from months, meanwhile this AXIS BANK reported in CIBIL about my records. It was showed under negative. Its Axis bank's mistake for not finding the solution, instead reported negatively in cibil. When i contact axis bank for the same again they say the same thing pay the amount and so as interest charges and late payment charges everything was increasing but till date no solution.. In november 09 two of the collection agents came to my place and they opened my gate and came inside without ringing the bell and when i opened the door, they demand on me. when i told them that i want a solution for this. they forcibly came in my house when nobody was there at my home, and when i told them that i will complain to police as they were not showing any of their identifications, they said do whatever u want. We want money else we will not move from here..When i was calling thi CBI dept they left my place immediately by saying if i dont pay the bill they would kill me.. This is what is AXIS BANK' service and the kind of collection tactics used by them..In between i was moving to london and i emailed them saying that am moving off and i want a solution but again the same settlement option so i informed them that i would not need settlement as this will spoil my records in cibil but still they said nothing. Now when i emailed the grievance cell and the highest escalation dept in AXIS BANK they are not bothered about the kind of behaviour shown by their collection agents but they say pay the complete amount.. Interest and late payments they made it for around 10000rs but still they do nothing..I gave them an option where in instead of going for settlement, i told them that reverse the interest charges and i will pay the rest credit limit, but they are not ready to do so.. So am not paying even a penny to axis bank rather am escalating this to womens protection cell of hyd and RBI too to get better service and support as well as resolution. Never choose AXIS BANK as its one of the biggest fraudulent company in india..Am from banking industry. I work for hsbc - hyd but we dont penalize the customers this way for the payments. I work as an Manager for hsbc so i know how this industry works, so let me see as per which banking policy is AXIS BANK right..
