Defaulte

Hi,

My Name is Girish Jain and my date of Birth is 12th Oct 1979, When I applied for a Loan my Banker informed me that my name is in CIBIL and it is showing has defaulter. I had dispute with ICICI and Citi bank but later I have paid all my dues and still it is showing as defaulter.

How can I remove my name as defaulter and what step I have to do to remove my name.

Please guide and advice me.
