Im Being Torchered For Loan I Never Took

Sir,

I recieved a call from from ABN-AMRO bank that if i wanted to take loan against my credit card. I neglected to take the loan. then after some time i recieved a message on my cell phone that bank is sending me bank draft of Rs 50, 000 as a loan, then after some days courier arrived but i refused to take the same from the courier company distributor. Then about after a year i started recieving calls from bank that my loan outstanding is pending, then i said to company that i never took a loan, they told me that there is a 900 rs payment already made by someone to company which i never made. I asked a written documents from the bank but they never sent me anything, But they keep threatning me on phone that they will give this case to SIBIL. I am fed up of these calls and cant take it any more. Now i want to go to consumer court after this complaint. please help.
