Wrong entry in CIBIL records

Hi,

Few days back i applied for two Credit Cards from two different banks but after few days they said due to certain matches found in CIBIL records they can not process my application forms. Now i dont know how my name got entered there as i have no dispute with any bank and the credit card i am using does not have any payment related issue eother infact i use to pay all dues before due date always so please let me know how can i get the details & reason of my records in CIBIL database.
