Non delivery of credit card

Sir,

About 15 days back I received a call from your call centre that my credit card is being delivered to either at home or office address. Today dated 04.02.2010 I spoke to Ms Rubia at 10.45 hrs at telephone No. 0124 6752222. She replied that my application has been declined and reason not known to her. She was also unable to tell ny application number. Therefore you are requested to intimate me why my application has been rejected.
