Updating of the records

Dear All,

I H ave closed my icici credit card no 4132897500775004 in the month of november vide ref. no HYD/05411054 DT 03/11 . I HAVE SETTLED MY DUES THRU CHEQUE NO 091673 HDFC BANK FOR AN AMT.19000. But ironically i have been getting amount due bills till now for which i have raised a complaint at ur hyderabad office many times and i was assured that those people will rectify the mistake.

I kindly request u to look into the matter and settle the matter, iam attaching the copy of the settlement letter for ur records.
