Late fee charges

Dear sir,

i have recd my extenion cards of icici, old card validity 28/2, new cards validity feb

but both cards not working for payment transaction.

i had also recd. statement dt 6/3 for the month of 5 feb to 5 mar you are showing total outstanding 5270.83 &also debit rs 630.92/- late fee&other charges, but as my records no out standing pending, if any pending plese send me statement which month outstanding stii there.

i have also talked to customer service centre41718000/9818178000

but my card no is not valid .no help recd from cmputerised communication system.

pl reverselate charges rs 630.92/- in my account, i had already made the payment as per your statement recived to me.

pl confirm urgently so bal. payment deposit by me in two days

after your confirmation.
