Unneccessary letter to us

Dear Sir,

We are receiving unneccessary letters from SBI Credit cards dept to our address, in the name of Mrs. Parameshwari, as she vacated the address 2yrs ago from our address. Even courier persons doesn't ask us wheather she resides at these address or not? secondly courier person doesn't take any ack., signature from us.

We request SBI credit cards dept to stop sending unnecessary letters to our address:
