Non confirmation of Citi bank credit card payment

Sir

I am using credit card of your bank having card number as 5546 1968 8662 2006 on the name of Chander Shekher. On 28/02 i dropped a sum of Rs 38500/- at fort Branch ATM Mumbai towards the payment of my credit card. but in spite of passing of more than a week i have not received any confirmation from your side on account of the above mentioned payment. The amout of Rs 38500/- has also not been deducted from my outstanding amount standing against my said credit card.

Sir, your timely action in the above said matter shall protect me from further inconvenience.
