Request to get my documents back

Dear Sir,

On the request of your DSA somewhere in Nehru Place, New Delhi-110 019 (their Telephone no 011-30723673), I had applied for a Credit Card and for that I had subimetted the following documents:

My Salary Slip.

Copy of my PAN Card

One Photo

My Election Comm card.

Later on I got a message in my Mobile that I can not be issued a Credit card.

Can you please specify the reason thereof.

If I can not be alloted a card, please return my all the documents back to me.
