Please settlement the payment issue

Hi Sir,

This is karunakar, when i was in Noida HSBC agent called me to pay due that time i have no cheque so i said him to send an agent i will pay money but he said in Noida there is no agent i said i will pay after next month but they are deactived with out informing to me . after two years i came to chennai i called so may time in customer care they are asking lot of questions but i did remember the due date and all

So i am requesting to any agent in HSBC please collect of payment and active the card or with clear settleemnt with proper procedure
