Dispute in transanction

Today, i.e. 18/12 at 4.00 p.m. I was informed by the ICICI Customer Care that the six transactions has been debited by my credit card No. 4477 5800 9634 5001 whereas I have used my card for only one transaction for Rs.5571/- to Maruti Sales & Services, Naraina, New Delhi. Other five transactions does not belong to me so I requested him to block my card immediately and reverse the forged transaction from my account.
