Wrong Billing

My Credit card number is 5546370220187097 Citibank India. On 29th January between 12.00 AM to 1.00 AM, I went to Express Service Station, Hosur, Tamilnadu for filling petrol to the vehicle. The Petrol Bunk person took my card, he swiped for Rs. 1, 644.16 (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundren Fortyfour and Sixteen Paise (25 Ltr of Petrol) and he told that the card is not connected to the network and slip not generated.. Then I paid one thousand Rupees and filled the petrol for one thousand. While checking my account on 4th February the amount of Rs. 1, 644.16 is debited to my account please credit back the amount which is not utilised and there is no signed acknowledgement for swiping the card.
