NAME TO BE REMOVED FROM DEFAULTERS LIST

I have paid and settled my Credit Card bill with ABN Bank and have the settlement letters from the concerned Bank that the full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues pending from my end

I have receipt of full & Final Payment that i have done against my Credit card. and also bank concern person has told me after 60 days of payments your name is remove from defaulter list. but its almost 10 months, my name still in defaulter list.

I don't then why this bank has not remove my name from defaulters list.

This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

I have never received any information from ABN Bank (RBS BANK) asking for a confirmation whether my name removed from defaulters list or not.

I seek justice to get my name removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect. I am ready to give all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned Financial Institutions.

Please help me out to overcome from this problem.
