Dear Sir,

With reference to your above, I have received your credit card statement on 17.03.2011. In this connection, I wish to you inform that I am not holding any credit card with your bank particularly the Credit Card No 4317 5750 4981 7068.

In few years ago I have hold a credit card with your bank vide Card No 4317 5750 2956 and the same has been canceled on 20.05.2006 torn into two pieces and drop in your branch.

But now I have received the statement with annual fees charged a sum of Rs.827.25/-. I have not any credit card but you.

So I request you to kindly cancel the charges and also credit card if any in my name. I am not interested in credit card.
