We have spoken to your call centre more then 3 to 4 times but they are not in position to call back or clear our issue

Also we have spoken this to mr krashup sing with ref no 233797944 and rani 253861827

03.01.11 bill outstanding rs 1653.23

Due date was 23.01.11

U got credit as cancellation of tickit on 11.01.11 rs 1484.00

Which is more then minimum amount

Then also you have charges rs 350.00 20.21 38.13 == 408.34

We request to pl give credit of this amount by reversing this charges

Also as our credit limit has been without intimate reduce???
