I have HDFC credit card 4346781101541696 my card is overdue & we are paying my dues on every month we made a request to make it instlament then they offer me one insurance free of cost latter on my statement shows tat they have charged the amt we made a request pl cancelled it & we will make entire amt in one short one of agency no 01166219031 & 01145315300 misbehave with me & my husband if bank is charged interest on it & nobody has a right to misbhave & make personal on it we have to pay the amount to bank the agency people using nonsense language pl look in to matter & help the need full.yosne
