My details not removed from defaulter list

Hi,

I was having credit cards of multiple banks but i closed all my accounts and these were setteled in the year 2008. But till 20-03 i am shown as as defaulter of Rs 53000/- in the CIBIL report. I have all the settlement letters. Kindly help me to remove my name from the defaulter list. None of the banks are giving me the detail that why i am still shown as a defaulter.
