Settlement made but not showing

I have paid Rs.14000/-in 2007 as full and final settlement of Credit Card number- 5177-1941-4109-8001ang got the settlement letter.

but after 5 years they are showing as unsetteled account and asking for the money.so please find out the agent and square up the account
