You have charged even after closing the credit card

of Full &final settlement letter DT 16.09.05

I have already settled my above referred credit card on the above mentioned date. I had settled as per your letter by way of cheque. Now i required NO DUE letter for my personal record purpose.

I had contacted your chennai branch Miss. DIPI in the month of December. she told me that we will send the letter within 15 days but still i had not received any letter. However, I got a call from Noida in the first week of January from the number # 011202530134. I dont remember the person name but he told that they ll send the letter shortly..plse wait. But still now i have not received any letter or call from your bank.

So i asked again Miss. Dipi. AS PER HER INSTRUCTION I SEND THIS MAIL.I NEED THE NO DUE LETTER VERY URGENT.

So, kindly send me immediately the requested settlement letter for the credit card which has been settled in the year of 2006.
