Haressment and mental torcher from ICICI customer desk. I have been mentally torchered by a customer care person from ICICI regarding an oustanding amount. The tel num from which calls received are 914430290200. Even though I mentioned that I am willing to pay an amt of 5000 to close the amt due as I have no permanent job. But I frequently receive threats and abusive calls from a guy.
